GT3 PTS price should be reduced to regular PTS price or $6960., due to wait...

I second that sentiment!!

None of those happened and now it is pushed to 4/6. I’ve called the Guinness Book to see if I will hold the record for the longest production of a modern car 😂. Oh well. It’ll get here someday!

When I inquired with PCNA they said it is PTS paint / part related. That was all I got. They also confirmed what weve already heard... there will be no PTS for the GT3RS.
What's also odd is my Gelbrun car entered and exited production all within 1 week, starting 2/28. So there must be car-specific issues that hold them up unrelated to the general paint color. Did you order any special CXX painted parts? Though I guess that would hold up CT assembly not regular production. The mysteries of PAG...

I just found out mine has been pushed out as well, Gelbrun PTS. They are probably having a supply issue for specific part, I can't see paint being hard to source. Maybe the sport buckets, Black LED Lamps, fire extinguisher... Only way to find out would be to compare and contrast builds that are not delayed to delayed.

This may be a stupid question ... with all these build dates getting pushed back it’s obvious many cars are going to be delivered late this year and into the next year. Why can’t Porsche pick an arbitrary date, say Oct. 1st, and designate all GT3s built after that as a 2019MY?

How far was it pushed? Maybe they’re getting Lizard and Gelbgrun mixed up at the factory.

So far I've been pushed about two months with the expected delivery set for the end of June. What's crazy was the history sheet and the massive amounts of updates and changes. In total it was about 6 pages long with rescheduling of delivery date happening every 4 to 5 days since the end of February.

Seriously... That's not to bad of an idea. It would be nice if they could communicate a bit more on what the hell is going on, "PTS Delay" is so vague. I just want to drive the thing before the onset of another crap New England winter.

With all the on-going PTS shenanigans I made the right choice going the "commoners" route. Else I would have had to bow out of Smokies Spring... not nice when an organizer has to drop out because he has no GT car! Yikes!

Lapis, I hope you've still got your .1 GT3 for Smokies and presume you'll be trading it after the event?

Pre-traded the GT3 last October toward the new GT3, but bought a 981 Spyder at same time and will be coming in that.

Can I sit in the passenger seat for a bit just to remember how utterly amazing that car was? I'll trade you for whatever I'm driving that day.
