Maritime Blue at Porsche West Broward outdoors in Florida sun and indoors next to Viper Green (man that also looks so awesome) can see purplish undertones. Haven’t had a chance to see her yet in person. Going to Sebring tomorrow (complementary Porsche hospitality tickets by my SA Alex) then on call through next weekend to try and pay for the car LOL.

hey man...lots of flights to Germany and CXX in Zuffenhausen...i really wanted to see if i could do away with the silver/chrome door handles as I had managed to get rid of most of that material in the cockpit (except in the centre console buttons) - there wasn't really anything approved that had gone through feasibility so I put a few options forward - first one was the same door handles in matt black but was told that the door handles are silver/chrome for health and safety reasons and were very difficult to change. So thought id ask about the strap handles - thought whats the worst that can happen, they could say no? and turned out it got approved and here we are...would love to say this was down to some kind of skill or cunning on my part - just think it was blind luck more than anything else...

Wow nicely done with the door straps! What was the CXX charge for customizing the door handles to door straps if you don’t mind sharing? Was it part of a large “full custom door” charge?

Hey guys - sorry was busy at Goodwood this weekend...as you guys might know, with CXX the price set by Zuffenhausen is a guide (in EUR) and then the local importer (Porsche GB in my case) then does an import pricing for our local GB dealers to charge - so for me the straps were approx $5k but I know that price has varied hugely when quoted for similar requests by friends...

I was quoted $8,630 for full door customization when I was considering expresso leather. Told this was required for them to touch the door, even though it was for just the armrest in leather plus doorstrap.
