I can’t wait for mine to arrive. If everything is still on schedule, I have exactly 4 months or 17 weeks or 120 days or 2,880 hours or 172,800 minutes or 10,368,000 seconds to go... But who’s counting, right?

My production date just got bumped to November! Have to decide if I want PTS delivered Jan 19 or black/silver by 1 July. Tough call.

You canceled all your CXX and now still have to wait til then for PTS?

Yup, and even if I wait for PTS, I still don't get CXX.

Not sure what to do. Really had my heart set on PTS and if I stick with that I won't get to drive the car until spring 2019.

that’s a serious delay. Do you think it was due to consistently making changes on the build?

Nah. The only change I made was to drop the CXX to get an earlier build slot.

Meh, it's a pretty miniscule concern in the grand scheme of things. Either way, I'm getting one of the greatest cars ever made with a 6 speed in the colour of my choice. I know the dudes at my store went to great lengths to get me the car so I'm grateful either way.

So Porsche reverted my build and European delivery back to its original date. Build in April, pick up in early May.

Can't believe some are contemplating giving up their PTS due to delays. My build has been pushed backed 2x, it sucks but I'm staying the course. Some "fickle" people out their that are blessed with a PTS build, and might give it up to delays. You either want a PTS build or you don't.
