RE Audi RS6 Pricing....Dealer told me to expect 160K for the car after options. I said no thanks. That buys a lot of Porsche.

If they do it, won't sell just like the Panny ST. When the E63 is $120k with normal options they'll draw the narrow pool of buyers. And I also expect the Audi to be slower. I really want it and would I'd get one if price is in line w the E63.
I hope it is competitive with E63 as well. It just does not make sense at that price point. I am not sure the dealer was giving me the whole truth as they were also asking for a non-refundable deposit. If they price it so high, nobody will buy them and thus create a self fulfilling prophecy that “Americans hate wagons”.
Just got a new daily. It's a 1990 with 34000 miles. Just finishing up with flushing all the fluids and overall maintenance. I drive 80 miles round trip to the airport once a week on average and leave the car in a parking lot for 2-4 days at a shot.
