Got her cleaned up and swapped from stock grey to black front skid plate and flat black ram emblem for the ocd considerations.
Fwiw, it's fantastic truck to drive, a gazillion times better than my 18 Raptor in every way possible, and I loved that truck to begin with.
Looking good. I've been watching your progress on the TRX forum. Can't wait to see the matte PPF. I'll be getting one next week and will post it as well. Glad to hear you like it better than your '18 Raptor. I'm not ready to give up my Raptor just yet, but it's pretty far from stock (Carbon wide body, 40" tires, full ADD/Deaver suspension). There are hardly any aftermarket parts out for the TRX, so the build process is going to be slow. I have wheels and tires ready to go on it though...

In for matte pics.. just slapped it on my GT4 this week. Compare to the silver on the wife's DD Q7.

Thanks.
What wheels/tires do you have for it?
I’m having a hard time finding 18s with the proper bore, offset, lug pattern.
Btw my Raptor was also matte wrapped and built by ADD back when they were still doing installations themselves. HD Deaver, SVC collars, Foutz skid plate, wheels, bumpers, and a few light bulbs.
They are really cool but they aren't "proper for towing" and short bed. I would really like one but at the end of the day for my use case I doubt it would offer anything tangible for me. But they do look damn cool!
Trucks like the Raptor and TRX appeal to the kind of person that buys a car like a GT3, because that person appreciates vehicles with a singular focus ... in a way those trucks are the equivalent to street legal off-roading the same way the GT3 is a street legal track focused car.
As far as towing and other practicalities, they're just not made for that as singular focus aptitude demands greater compromises in other areas ... it'd be like expecting one's GT3 to have better rear legroom.
M3 seeing some snow today. just a light dusting isn't too much for the mpss around town as long as you are being sensible. GT3 has its tires aired up to 50psi and sitting on the ctek.
