Drilled rotors offer good performance and longevity for the price point. Most automakers consider price, comfort and servicability when specifying the OEM parts. On the 997 Cup cars, they came with drilled rotors and a lot of cars even for the 24 hour at Nurburgring run the stock drilled discs with few issues.

Pads / rotors last very long.
Rear rotors and pads looked new.
Front rotors look great for the use, pretty even, front pads where overheated maybe and looked glassy with 3-5mm material left.
But they stopped the car like crazy at Magny Cours, even the last laps, me ramming the brake through the floor from 6th to 2nd gear once and 5th to 2nd gear twice each lap!! New pads all around for Hockenheim today.

Will try to bed better first session. Pads don't make dust either or it's the aero/wheel design but the wheels stay pretty clean.

Those pads should have a slightly glassy look if running at right temp. Should be fine. They are very nice to discs, don't generate a ton of heat for the performance, come in quickly and are good to the end. Just initially pricey compared to the rest of the other options but long term cost savings is there.

We recommend all our DE guys to these pads now with OE or Brembo rotors.

Yup, 1:57.
I've been told if I run a 1:55 I can rent a car and race this weekend LOL.
Porsche does not allow temp plates at the event.

Yes, new windshield was in the budget already...

No but I should. Maybe a GT4CS for Porsche Racing in the summer.
For now I just spent my last cash on the last set of tires, so we're sleeping in the car.. ;-)

You can get below 1.55 on HH GP Peter, judging by fastestlaps.com times for current and previous generation GT3 & RS. Heck you are basically there already ;-)

If I get a few clean laps 1.54 in pretty sure but this is no DE this is full on race practice!
Just too many cars in the way and this is a hard track to pass!

Sorry for OT Peter
Marius, do you have those pads for .2 C2S with stock calipers and 350mm Giros?
