NAMR6MT,
I like that front splitter. Did you say you got it from Joe Toth? How are you liking the new engine?
I just changed the plugs, oil, and trans/ diff fluid this weekend on mine. Also tightened up the passenger side window regulator. The screw holding the pads against the window towards the rear of the car had come loose so it wouldn't go all the way up. Was relieved I didn't have to replace the entire regulator.

I actually got it from Jonathan May at Composite Concepts based in CA. He's a fellow Cayman (500 HP via forced induction) owner who developed the splitter based upon the same specs as the GT3 Cup piece and the wing based upon the GT4, both at a fraction of the OEM prices.
The new engine is aces. The car is now incredibly capable with the weak point being the Michelin PS4S tires, regarded as the best all-around summer tire available.
My window regulator also went bad, although to the point of needing a new motor. Quote was $1600. Needless to say, that project's on hold.
You don't have to, but they are fairly cheap so I went ahead and bought new bolts.
Ah, thanks. I was hoping that they were included as part of the brake kit, having ordered one myself. Guess Ill go and buy these bolts separately then
Buy 'em and replace. Minimal extra cost for as often as we have to change rotors. IIRC, Porsche specs them as a one-time use.
Also, can be handy to get a couple of those little screws that hold the rotor in, just in case. Cheap and easy to replace, helpful if one of the old screw heads gets buggered up. Ask me how I know...

do you have the part number or specs of those rotor screws? Im thinking of going the DIY route, but this would be my first attempt at anything car related beyond changing my oil

Bought mine along with rotors, caliper bolts, and such at Suncoast. Think this is the P/N.
Grabbed some monobloc forged wheels that I would never spring for first-hand, but second hand discount was just too tempting. Not to mention near new rubber that I can treat like I didn't actually pay for. Lol
