Scissor lift?

Three Wheelin'
Quickjack. I use it more for working on cars vs. cleaning them, but it's awesome. Got a great deal from costco when I purchased it a while back. https://www.quickjack.com/car-lifts/bl-5000slx/

^^Now you need a step stool to clean the roof.
If you're looking to raise your car just for cleaning, any kind of a lift is a little overkill IMHO. If you're looking to facilitate working on the car and cleaning it, then I'd also go with a Quick Jack. I assume you're also referring to detailing your car and not just washing.

LOVE my quick jack, it's way more useful than I thought it would be. I didn't think the relatively limited height compared to a real lift would be worth the price. HOWEVER if you are willing to invest in something embedded in the floor that scissor lift looks awesome, assuming you can just raise it as high as you want and stop. Quickjack's only issues are the weight moving them around.

Quick Jack for me too. Have used to for detailing, but also oil changes, spark plugs, header install, brakes. I store it under the car so I don't have to deal with moving it much. I disconnect the hoses and push the risers together toward the middle of the car. Clearance is never an issue. When I use it, I reach under with the provided tool and slide them out into position. Easy!
