PASM is more money than just sport suspension on the S. It is nice of them to not charge you for the sport suspension. It is probably better to take the standard PASM imo. Is LSD standard or do you have to get that annoying PTV? Thankfully, they did not make PTV standard because they know it is ****. Carmine red - the GTS color, but it is optional. Good thing you can delete the alcantara because in a few years of regular use it looks like an old sofa from Bob's furniture. The Boxster GTS version a lot closer in price to the Cayman GTS now.

Sorry, you must order PTV in order to get LSD.

BTW, alcantara holds up just fine. It only looks like crap if it's gotten dirty with oil, dirt, and grime. Once you clean it up, it looks like new again

I just got a CS with stick, sport suspension (x73) and sport exhaust. Everything else is stripper.

Love it.

Sorry for the side note here but here: LOVE alcantara. I have never seen "old" alcantara. Does anyone have pics of old/dirty alcantara? Detailers?
Im considering adding a CGTS to my 991S garage, and id love to have the red stitching w/ alcantara, but only if i have confidence its gonna last! Usually, the Porsche name is a good indicator, but still gotta ask!!!

@Eduardo I noticed in the pictures you posted the carbon fiber interior pieces as well and thought they looked good but was unable to order the CF pieces without having to delete the GTS package I think your nephew will need to put together a tutorial for me because I am configurator challenged...

In the configurator, it looked like the CF trim is standard. Correct?

No, CF trim is an extra cost option. Check in the options section of the configurator, there is a section listing the possible extra cost CF trim options.

Sorry, Steve, but the kid is too busy! He'll be with Zeus all day Saturday in Vancouver & he needs to teach me how to use my iPhone 5 on Sunday! I doubt he'll be able to make it to New Jersey before his Second Grade Class has Spring Break later in April! You probably have a kinder or primary grade school near your town - I suggest you get local tech help from a youngster near you!

Saludos,

How do you compare the CS with your 991?
