I think we are all guilty of doing that. I think I’ll go out with mine today to watch the waves and eat ice cream. Have to take the long way to get there, lol.

Took her out....
Got her dirty with a great group of people to one of the best roads in Texas, the 3 sisters in Leakey.

X73 install in my garage
did front shocks and springs in 15 min per side by utilizing my jack method to swing the shock out.
front sway took an hour.
Rear sway took 10 min.
rear shocks took unknown....decided to hand it off to a shop. It’s doable but too time consuming when I’ve got 2 little kids who I’d rather spend time with
also installed smoked side markers. One doesn’t work so I’ve got to get a replacement

Exterior detail complete
Finally got the paint to my satisfaction, ppf on the front, ceramic coated, looking nice and shiny.

Got around to detailing the wheel wells on my Spyder this weekend. They were pretty nasty beforehand. While no one will probably ever notice it but me, but it’s nice knowing they’re so clean. Both front sections of the well liners were also broken, so I replaced those with brand new parts. Used the opportunity to take all the liners out and clean behind. All this ahead of having the wheels refinished this week.

I had a local car audio shop install a CAN bus cable for my AiM SoloDL this morning. It took him about 30 minutes. All the data channels seem to work with the exception of the gear channel. I will either have to train the SoloDL to calculate a gear or create a math channel in RSA to do that calculation. I don't really like the Solo for autocross but I'll give it a go anyway this weekend at the PCA AX on Sunday. My next track day is 3/27 at Thunderhill West.

Finally got around to installing a new steering wheel. I have not purchased the adapter or activation code yet to make the buttons work, but the paddle shifters are working fine, so that's enough for me since I have the multi-function stalk.

Installed one of these to keep the winter / summer wheel tire set up and off the floor. Works pretty well...
My garage is not this clean, but you get the idea...
