Chestnut now in the Rennlist classifieds:

$17.5K
In March when it was on craigslist in FL by the owner at that time (as a I recall), it was $15.5K. Go back to March on this thread and you'll see where I posted that. Then it changed hands and I think it dropped to about $13K at a dealer in Jacksonville in June....or so I remember. Then it went to BAT.
Best of luck to the seller!

I'm gonna buy it but I'm warning you all that I'm going to flip it. Then, with the profit, I'm gonna buy back my SY cab, my white and black cabs, my white and blue coupes, the Raj cab, Trevor's coupe and all 3 of Jeff's cars. Or, wait, maybe I can eliminate a step and buy all those cars with the original dollars. Lemme see $21k+$17k+……Well, almost.
Ok, instead I'll get my SY cab, my 75 Carrera, my orange 914-6, my 78 930, and have enough left over to take a few of you to lunch.
BTW, the Spaetzle lunch at Werks today was better than Vu's speeches. Just saying'.

So I went and looked at a white 94 with 49K miles on it this week in Albuquerque, NM. Very, very nice car, but IMO it needs a bunch of items to bring it to the level I would want it. Looking at everything, and considering I have a fully sorted 951 in slightly better condition, I'm going to keep my money in my wallet.
I did tell the owner, Mike, if he does not sell it and reduces the price, I would buy it, I surely would like to own it.
https://albuquerque.craigslist.org/c...245594802.html
Mike, 505-four five nine-6804. He's a super nice guy, I spent about 2 hours there looking at the car, looking at his machine shop and all his other toys.
He traded a vehicle for it about 9 months ago, it has yet to be titled, so it's the previous owner's title just signed. I don't know if this is good or bad, but it is what it is.
I drove the car, drove great, tracks straight, suspension good, tires are from 2015, looks like it was very well cared for. No maintenance records.
Here's what I would do to it with my estimates, I'm sure there might be another surprise or two:
1. Instrument cluster, you're going to want to fix that one, maybe I could fix it myself or maybe somebody else could fix it for $500 - $1,000. I validated with a volt meter that actual voltage is about 13.7 VDC with the engine running.
2. I'm sure the air bag has never been removed, all of that will have to be taken off to replace the cruise control switch, plus you need the switch assembly, which you'll have to find used, I'm sure it's $250 for a nice one.
3. Wheels need either refinishing or replacement, I would put CUP II's on there, that's $2K with tires.
4. Every exterior gasket needs replacement, I'm sure that's going to be $1K in gaskets and parts.
5. Those rear seats need fixing, to do it right I'm sure you'll spend $500 - $2K.
6. The stereo needs repair, send it to the guy in NJ, I'm sure it will be $400 before it's over.
7. The bottom of the front windshield has some parts that chipped, i.e. the black is wearing off, so either live with it or replace it.
8. Delamination of the rear windshield.
9. Correct the paint or have somebody do it for you $400.
If you are in the market, he is asking 22K OBO.
I have hosted 214 pictures that I took of the car, plus I bought the Autocheck report last week, you can download them here:

Looks like it could be a stable mate to Chuck Z's Cab.

From: one thousand, five hundred miles north of Ft. Lauderdale for the summer.
please pardon the interruption... it's kind of a rough deal up on photobucket. so i need to post some images here for the Sunday Globe readers.
Friends; the images below are probably quite close to what the green patch at Central Wharf would look like after ~1450 parking spaces at the Harbor Garage are moved underground, and Don Chiofaro's skyscraper rises above. With the IMAX removed, a new park at the front of Central Wharf could well exceed the size of a football field, and will lead the way for the completed Blueway and Aquarium expansion.
The new tower will cover about 1/2 the original footprint to render the large aggregate park at the Waterfront.
The final image shows where the tower (sloped roof) would appear in the Boston skyline (w/ several other projects including Winthrop Square included)....
