If anyone is in the market for a 968, there's a slate grey over grey 6 speed coupe in NJ with 103k miles for sale but not listed. The owner is in his 80s and has owned it for 15+ years and says the interior and exterior are both 7/10. He's been racing Porsches since the late 50s (even raced a 718 RS!), but the 968 apparently only saw one day at the track for a NJ PCA event. The tires have 400 miles on them and the car has an M030ish suspension setup (not factory), per the owner.
Reach out to me if you're interested and I can connect you with the seller.

Hi, I am interested. But cannot post a message to you. I am in the market for a 968. I’m located in Nevada. Anthony
That Iris Blue cab looks to be a great deal. Recent maintenance, great color. More photos and put it on bringatrailer and I could see it bringing in the $20k range.
Nothing out of the ordinary with a '94 Black on Black Tip Coupe...except one thing I noted.
Sidemarkers...not a US model standard feature....but not an import? Must of been added?
Yes, saw the side markers too.
The seller said the a European fender was sourced to repair the damaged driver’s fender. Then a European side marker light had to be stuck onto the passenger fender to make it “look normal”.
The original owner in Indiana owned this car for 16 years and during his ownership, it accumulated 42,000 of the current 60,000 miles showing. It was traded into the local Porsche dealer in Indianapolis in 2008. The car then had owners in Virginia and Ohio through 2015, and then it landed in Oregon in 2015 before the most recent Washington State based owner acquired it in early 2018.
Mechanically the car is in top notch shape. During 2018, the car has seen new engine mounts, A/C service, a new battery, and a full alignment. The tires are three years old, and brakes are noted at 60+% at the last inspection. Service records go back to 1992 in the file and show routine regular maintenance from new.
I bought this car in 2019 and have added less than 100 miles. My priorities are changing this year and I will be bringing this one to market. I'm biased but I think it is one of the best examples I have seen in recent years.
The car is very well maintained and fully documented but needs a timing belt (based on time, not mileage) and a reversion of the terrible aftermarket radio to stock. I plan to do both and then figure out next steps - maybe BAT ?
If anyone is interested in the meantime, please PM me.
