Default non-adjustable rear sway bar?

Was there a non-adjustable version of the MO30 19mm rear sway that had only one hole rather than three?

No, not at all, I was just trying to sort out a minor mystery (to me). A fellow was selling some sways that he said had come from a 968 CS, but the rear sway in his picture clearly only had one hole, rather than three, as I was expecting to see. I was just trying to figure out what I might be looking at.

I think Raj has nailed it; it's probably from a non MO30 (and therefore non CS) 968. He also said it was 18mm diameter rather than 19mm, which also supports that.

Thanks guys!

MO30 and LSD were not standard on Club Sports, so that may be the explanation.

Learn something new every day... it simply never occurred to me the MO30 kit wasn't standard on the CS. Thanks!

We all give back in different ways, Mark. It's all about offering up new stuff and correcting misinformation.

Miss Information is a bitch! Only second to Mister Ection.

I have also heard of a 20mm 944 rear sway bar. Do you know if it was hollow or solid?

The 20 mm bar was a solid unit.

Was around $100 from the dealer.

The 20 mm bar was stock on the 1988 924 se models with the 030 option. The late N/A's were also available with this bar providing it was equiped with the very rare n/a 030 option. That sway bar was teamed up with 24.5 mm torsion bars and koni yellow rear shocks. I'm pretty sure the front bar is 23 mm. The front struts are early factory coilovers with koni inserts. I'm not certain which years this set up spans, but I'm sure this is the 030 factory set up for an 86 n/a if you picked the 030 option.
