With the cabriolet registry behind me, I've been working on the coupe registry and came across one VERY INTERESTING coupe. It was a black coupe with the M030 suspension package. What makes that so interesting you ask??? It was a tiptronic! The first one I have come across. I knew you could order one (tip/M030) but I've never actually seen or heard of one until last night. Another 1 of 1?

Nope, I have seen a midnight blue '93 M030 tip car, and saw an ad for sale on a red one that claimed to be M030 but I can't verify it.

I have also seen two 924S cars that had the auto tranny and M030 (both red). Go figure... lol

Interesting Scott. it seems like a contradiction to get the "much slower" 968 tip and then add the "hard ride/better cornering" M030. I'llkeep an eye out for the blue coupe and let you know the final numbers.

Well, since you asked, I found a coupe that was special ordered with manual seats and picked up in Gremany! How's that?

I can understand ordering tip and m030, because I know someone who would do so... two luxury options that make one look "cool"...

Well, he wouldn't order it now, having owned a tip and hating it... but before, he woulda thought it cool.

Maybe not 1 of 1 but still super rare! Desireable?...

Somehow I recall from .net that a dealer had ordered one for himself but it was never confirmed.
