Default My new addition is home

I picked up a 95 coupe to add to my ever growing stable of cars
stats: 95, GrandPrix White/Chestnut Brown, tip, 30,101 miles as of an hour ago
she's pretty clean, needs some cosmetics and a few maintenance things done but thank god nothing major
enjoy the pics

Beautiful, my favorite color combo in a 968.

Very nice. The 968 looks good in white. I like the redish interior with white or silver exterior. Very classic.

I have been driving a friend's tip, and must say I am softening up to the experience.

Gorgeous, and wonderfully low miles.

What's the red light thingy to the left of the steering wheel on the dash?

Very nice, and a rare combo with that interior. If you have a minute, send me the VIN for the 968 registry. Thanks

I've been aware of this red color since buying old Porsche literature around the time I bought my white 968. When I was a kid my father drove a dark grey '56 300SC cabrio with red leather, and I wondered how that would look on a 968. Now I know!

A few months back we had a discussion on this color interior. It looks redish so many thought it was either the option leather flamenco or matador red. However, the few chesnut brown owners out there (Mark and Raj) pointed out that this was indeed the chesnut brown interior, it just has a redish look to it.

Raj, that's right, you do have the leather. Mark is the one with the chesnut. You have many black parts in your interior that are colored in the car above, correct?

I had that interior in my white cab. It was a serious attention getter. Wheels were powdered to match the interior. Car is someplace in the NorthWest now. Have the same interior in a 99 Black Boxster. Smashing in white or black.
