Looks like the dyno will happen on 9/6/08.
Olli, looks like we are testing the same chips. I will be using my RB Cab for this test.
It would be interesting to see what you guys find.

Raj,

it will be also US vs. Euro Dyno equipment test. Here in Europe most US dynos are considered as optimistic what comes to the HP figures. If i can remember correctly we will have Bosch dyno for our test.

If some of you have some other brands 968 chips available we will gladly test them.

I get the US vs Euro, but since it'll be comparative we'll still get useful data.

Olli, we will not be using one of those optimistic dyno's . It anything, these dyno's are famous for showing real numbers, not glory runs. It will be interesting to compare results.

I think it was 60s/70s/80s US manufacturers that were 'optimistic' when it came to hp figures. I know my German friends were always skeptical of my claims of '225 PS' for my '88 Mustang GT. Turns out that 4.9 liter was doing 205 at best.

Raj, is the dyno day going to be at Paddock, and if so what time were you planning on getting there?

Name is Max. Thought you knew that from old posts, but let me know the timing and details when you figure it out.

Max, is that short for something? Is this actually your name? I always thought that is what people "call you".
I will have something next week.

Maxwell, no rain dates yet. I left them a message yesterday and am waiting for confirmation. If it doesn't happen this saturday, it will have to wait until my next open saturday.
