I lost my 968!

I would hope not.
I would not post pending criminal cases on a public forum.
Perhaps after these charges are resolved and his health fully back would be the better time to share, if he wants to.

Leave it to Chris to make you feel better. Sheesh.
Like Raj said, keep the details off the forum. We're hoping for the best, but if you ask me 1 year in jail for the circumstances, well, it could be a lot worse. I've seen people go away longer for less.

Sorry if blunt reality is difficult for you Arash. I don't sugar coat the truth in circumstances where it needs to be stately clearly and concisely.
Richard, I think you owe it to everyone here disclose the details of your accident that you are hiding as long as it will not jeopardize your legal case. There is not much that needs to be said. I hope you are man enough to do what is right.

Correct.
If you want to ask me inperson you may and I will answer you, otherwise I'm keeping my mouth shut.
However what I cant tell you is that I have a clean drivers record going back 6 years. No speeding tickets and one rolling stop back in 2001. I don't do drugs, I don't smoke, I don't drink, and I don't drive tired. My friends felt so safe with me I was constantly the chauffeur. My health before the accident promoted a quick recovery. I went from having 5-6 tubes in me to just 2 and walking with a walker in one month.

I think things will work out for you in the long run.
Keep up the hard work with your recovery.
And keep your head high on your shoulders!
Someday this will all be just a fading memory.

Fair enough, but I encourage you to take the initiative to explain the entire story to those who have attended your distasteful "celebrations" of recovery or have congratulated you on your survival. They deserve to know the truth.
How you are handling this is telling me a great deal about the person you are and the constitution of your character. I hope you learn to be more compassionate and respectful as you mature. You surely have a long way to go to regain my respect.
