Lots of replicas using lots of different parts, but there are only 4 RS's
You are correct. I don't think anyone claimed otherwise. Porsche built 4 968 Turbo RS race cars.

Answer to your #2, do you remember this post you made?

This run was done with 10 inch wide 18" OEM Technology Hollow Spokes with 265/35 18 Rubber. My car is also running a Cat.

Im still working out a few things and will be trying a few other modifications. I'm hoping to get over 250RWHP next time around. A lot of time, money and playing around to get this far.

Rob, all this info is available on "968forums.com"

As for RS Barn's Factory Turbo S/RS, i've seen the car in person. The car started life as a Turbo S an was converted into an RS by the factory. It was built as a back-up car for Lemans, but never actually raced. pretty interesting car.

What do you have to say now?

Sorry Rob, hopefully things can get back on topic soon.

Oh really? Do you recall typing it yourself? Which is it, was it done at the factory, or done by someone else? If so, who? Amazing claims, followed by a 180 degree change. Pretty interesting car indeed!

Yes i do remember, I made a mistake and was corrected after the fact (in that very thread). You know this and your attempts to stir the pot are childish at best. Rob asked you to stop, yet you continue. Grow up kiddo. You searched a thread where i made a misinformed statement. This tells me you read the whole thread and know for a fact that i corrected the misinformation.

Pat,

Those pics were originally listed by the seller last time the car was up for sale. Here are older pics of the car in action when it was being raced. These are from the same websight.

This car is mostly original from the looks of it. The current owner had tons of spare parts that came with the car. He pawned off most of them, including a spare transmission & several oem Turbo RS pieces. Unfortunatly; he did not have a spare CF Turbo RS STB, otherwise i would have purchased it from him.

This car as well as #4 & the Turbo S were involved in accidents. If you look at the last pic i posted, you can see "bubbles" graphics on the original hood. You wont see those on the rest of the pictures. The front end of this car was hit. The hood, front bumper & splitter were replaced. Not sure if the panels were touched. The original (damaged) hood with the bubbles graphics was actually listed for sale by the current owner. Don't know if he sold it or not.

That last pic is great! Ahead of the F40.
I think those are the pics I have of bubbles.
I'll try and fire up my old PC this week.

If anyone wants to come and see the original 3.0l turbo motor that belongs in the yellow turbo s car, you are welcome to come over. I took it out of my race car to make sure nothing would happen to it. It belongs in the original car.

So, the motor in the replica RS/S car isn't the original motor? What's in the car now?

The Turbo RS converted Turbo S has a 3.0L Turbo motor in it.

I may be mistaken on this (someone correct me if this is misinformation), i believe the original Turbo RS/Turbo S motors did not have serial numbers.
