If money were not an issue for us, you know we'd try to buy it (to go along with our Tesarossa and Lambo).

Jason made a great purchase. I am fortunate enough to know the details since I purchased my SY M030 coupe from the same guy as well. Deal of a life time.

The Yellow original Turbo RS was sold for $75K last time it exchanged hands (Buy it Now option on Ebay). Now, That was a deal of a lifetime.

The Black Turbo RS was sold for more then double that not too long ago.

I think it might be awhile before another come up for sale.

I think red car pictured is (IMHO) the best of the RS cars.

The red car, while a VERY nice car, is VERY far removed from what Porsche actually built.

Jason bought the car from Bruce Corwin. Bruce had bought it for $45k plus (I think) $5k to air ship it (circa 1997?). He said it was only $500 more to ship by air. Bruce would then tow it to autocross events at Devens with his dump truck. Very funny.

I purchased the special snowplow optioned SY M030 coupe from Bruce. It was later sold to a gentleman in Arkansas.

Interesting location for the air jack connection at the rear of the car...

amazing, the value (or what people are willing to pay for these rare birds) has almost tripled in the last 10 years.

I'm glad all 5 cars (the 4 original Turbo RS cars as well as the Turbo RS Conversion which was originally a Turbo S) have been restored and are all in great shape.
