Help me out on the picture above, ... it looks like there is a rusty wrist pin circlip installed

Good thing you took your engine apart to check everything. That would have been some serious scoring on your cyl jugs

Damage piston

Last owner hade to much boost and damage the Piston, since then the car had been not running.
They have mounted new cp pistons, and it looks like the used some old circlips. 2 where not mounted properly. And the rust i Guess it comes from THE old circlips, because everything else looks fine.
The cylinder are also ok.

The Piston rings has not been grinded to correct measuments.

Parts missing is wastegate, k-jetronic injectors and housing and the camshaft housing "plate"(bad English).

I getting rid of k-jetronic for now and installing modern stuff.
But i Keep all the parts so i can get it back to original when its time to sell.
Johnny

Cleaned up.

Looks to be out of round a common issue. Looks fairly significant but you might be able to have the nikasil chemically stripped and new nikasil applied and honed to bring them back into tolerance. Although you are measuring awfully high on the cylinder so it might not be as bad as you might think.

Engine went back to stock etc.
Going into the car in a couple of weeks.

What clutches are you guys using?
I found this sachs one:

Stock Power, and maybe some small upgrade but not much.

Thanks.

I get some pics next weekend when installing the engine.

Anyone has the wiring diagram?

Guess i might need it. I had it on a flashdrive that went broken.
The car has had a immobilizer/alarm installed wich has been removed.

I got the alarm parts in a box with the car, but i guess they just ripped it out!
