You can bypass the electrics with a jumper wire. Sounds like you primed the fuel system.
86 terminal fuel pump relay gets it power/ground from the airbag.
Control unit turbo is powered from the Ignition relay.
Open the Control unit turbo and see if it's ok. i had to replace mine as it was burned up.
See if #9 keeps it's voltage.
Plus 10, 4 and 11

I tryed a functional turbo control unit but no difference.
I have no ground from tcu to relay.
If i put ground on pin 12 the pumps start to run.
I also have signal to fuelrelay from airbag.
If I put ground to pin 12 and start the car it th same, only run for 10-30 sec.
From the start the pumps where running when the engine was running then they stopped.
Now the engine only runs for 10-30 sec.
Sametime alternator lamp failed. Signal to alternator only 1,5 volt.
Tracked that one down to central informer.
New pumps. Have constant ground to ignition relay.
tryed to unplug cranksensor and then it dont start at all.
Running out of ideas.
Any ideas?

Your key ignition needs to maintain 12 volts.
Did you wire 12 volts full time power to the fuel pumps and can run the engine consistently?
Airbag system can be bypassed by the plug in the center console behind the cup.
With the fuel pumps wired full time power and If the engine runs like **** on start up then your cold start is not working.
That also means your control units are not working.
These wiring connections corrode inside and on the backside.
They need to be opened and cleaned with the battery disconnected.
