This could be a good slate for someone willing to do some work:
The car is not perfect, it is a running project with a punch list of repairs and upgrades that need to be done. It is a very solid entry level 964 for an enthusiast. This was not a dealer maintained car, and to the best of my knowledge it's had service only when issues arose versus anything preventative or scheduled or recommended.
Some known issues are:
HVAC does not work
Battery has a draw (could be related to an aftermarket stereo system)
power wing not functional (although it did work prior to repaint)
missing drivers mirror glass, missing some small trim pieces here and there
lock system does not work
roof does not align properly with drivers door window
airbag light is on, check engine light is on
small oil leaks, unknown what is leaking, does not smoke
Clutch slips at high rpms

That's still a steal if it's never been wrecked and passes a leakdown test. Wish I was back in the market for another project, although I'm certain its gone and will likely sell above asking.

It's been repainted and in talking to the wholesaler there appears to be some inconsistencies with the mileage, but I do love this color combo (Baltic blue with cashmere interior).
