^^^^ would it be too much to ask for you to do a full drop to actually see how low it goes? I am more concerned about the "front".

I know we can drop the rear quite low to get the tucked look.

Also, what springs and struts are you using. I will assume bilstien HD and H&R?

I am hoping to get the other side fitted this weekend and will fully lower them to see what they are like although as I mentioned earlier I think this may unload the spring (which are designtek lowering springs rather than H&R)

cheers Mark I am delighted with the wheels, looks as though you had a blast at Spa

Well spent the day refitting the suspension and playing with the ride heights , the level you see mine at is basically the the top of the collar level with the top of the thread on the Bilstein HD so could still go about 50mm lower however as suspected with my springs any lower and the springs are unloaded in the perch, I took it for a run when it was lower and checked the springs and one had misaligned at the top so screwed it up a couple of turns to put some load in the spring. the other thing was the collar is very easy to turn with little load on it so the worry would be it would move,I have fitted grub screws to both collars to lock them in place.

Just need to get a geo on the car and were good to go.

Thx for the pictures and the explanations - nice car! Have you made another picture how you locked the collars? Where is this hole in the collars to lock them in place, especially if they should not be screwed to the lowest position?

Bernd on the bottom ring of the collar are holes staggered round the ring for the key to lock into to allow you to turn the collar ,one of these is threaded right through which is where I fitted a screw (sorry no pics).

cheers
Ray still got paint the centre caps

Hey guys, just wanted to update this thread as alot of guys are not aware that we revised these collars along time ago so that the threads run half way down the collar instead of the top quarter. Just wanted to let everyone know...

Great timing with this post. I was just trying to figure out what is the specific part number for this Koni insert so that I can put it into the 964 housing:

Then I can use your collars and put in whatever springs I want and allow to lower the car while on stock bodies with superior dampers.

I'm confused. It says on the website "1 piece" and "2 pieces required for vehicle"

I'm assuming these fit front and rear bilstein HD and four would be required. Are they sold individually? Or in pairs?

These only fit the front Bilstein HD's. You have more threads on the rears so an alternate collar is not necessary. These are sold individually.
