I sent this pic out to a local guy that does yellow zinc plating to get a quote. Hopefully it won't be too much. My list of wants and needs is quickly adding up.

I think you're missing a bracket in that pic. Top right corner, the little standoff bracket next to the fuel injector retainer clips. There should be 2 of those, they're nearly identical, but slightly different up close. One is used for the wiring harness on the fuse box side, and the other is on the fuel filter side, used for the fuel hardline after the fuel filter.

Haha, good eye, yeah it's still attached to wiring harness.

I am speechless that bandit picked up on that missing piece. Jpar, this is not just bored and doing a clutch. Wow. You are going to town on this engine. You must be one **** ****!! I am too lazy to do all this. Can't wait to see it done.

You should only need one. The opposite knock sensor plug is held on by that 3-connector bracket piece.
