Default Replacement Belts

I am looking to purchase some spare belts for my trip back from Omaha NE. What belts should I look a getting and does anyone have a preference for part sources? I see that Pelican only has the OE Porsche belts. Is it correct that there is an inner and outer for the alternator/fan belt.

Thanks
Todd

Depending on the alternator and fan pulley configuration on your car, it may or may not use the same size belt on both.

Check the ones you have for markings to confirm size.

If you have the stock fan belt pulley config, there are two sizes, you'll need two of the short for the fan and alternator and a long one for the AC compressor.

Hopefully you don't have to mess with them on your trip back. From what I've read, I wasn't alone in having a damaged alt shaft socket. Took quite a bit of persuasion. Thought I had the wrong size 12pt bit at first.

I would add a DME relay to your list. When are you picking the car up in Omaha?
