with the motors ims failures i think it would be a popular upgrade to the boxster, but again not all porsche ppl will agree.

With all the water pumper 911s suffering from the same IMS failures, I figure it would be a popular replacement, plus, they're already plumbed w/ radiators and all the ancillary BS needed to move around coolant.

although i like porsches more than any other marque, i am not much of a fan of the boxster or 996. i do however like caymens. i am more of a traditional type 911 guy. i have several 74-89 911 torsion bars cars, and this 964. even have a 993 tube chassis car. but i prefer the 964 and back bodystyle. just my .02

I know this is a street car, but the rubber bushings in the suspension show age and wear even tho the car has only 26k miles. while poly would be my first preference. i have a set of elephant racing monoballs/spherical bearings for the car. i think it would ride too rough tho for the street. dunno yet. btw, it has been discussed about my bilsteins. i have since found out they are the bilstein nurburgrings with hr greens.

930, this is the car that i eventually built a na 3.4 twin plug, ge80 cams, electromotive dual ignition, 50pmo's for. it put down turbo hp without the lag, but it took some $$$. this is when i decided the next car or cars would be ls motors.
