Looking at the RUF cars, they made them look more look like Gbody cars based on the rocker/longitudinal.

Who says the 964 isn't the greatest air cooled 911 ever? Apparently they are the universal Porsche and stock ones will be harder to find than a 964 turbo S soon.
I read the post on the 356 clone. Not sure how it will look considering the differences in size and then they are shortening the wheelbase and using a 4 cylinder. I have one question. WHY?

OK, not a 964 tub... 996s being back-dated. I definitely didn't see this coming:

Edit: Car pictured above is a 997. Kremer says there's a consumer version being developed for the 996 generation.
Of course.
But a 9k 996, with this body kit and a Renegade Hybrid V8 kit would be a super fun car for someone with a sense of humor.

The K3 is such a monster. My buddies built this K3 rep, and raced it up Pike's Peak. Don Whittington currently drives it in vintage races. I watched them build it, amazing talent.
All fun nonetheless...

I think its kind of cool, has enough to fool me for the most part. I don't know those older cars by heart though. One thing that just kills it for me is the standard 996 door, after you see that its tough to un-see.

What are they trying to do with the rear flairs? It looks like they are using a fire gel so the paint won't bubble when they weld. But I am not sure I am assuming they are lap welding these?
