Cages can be/are awkward to get a consistent finish on due to their shape and profile.
I hope you don't mind me asking (and I may have missed a post) was it always your intention to re-locate the car after it's preparation to another paintshop for the painting ? If this a "delicate" subject, please feel free to ignore or reply by PM.

Its fine, the cage was constructed literally next door to the bodyshop, so moving it back and fro for alterations or reshaping was an easy roll away. The project was managed so the bodyshop would work along side the cage builder. The final stage of paint, she was relocated to another bodyshop simply because Neil had done what he had to do to his best, as he had commitments with another company;-)

Used it as much as I can for any trip & occasion, but want to build it ready many European trips 2012. As for the white one, reluctant to sell so may be keep for now until this is built.

The new rear screen having stored in the garage for 3years is eventually in, oh and all new window rubbers.
