I am collecting emails at this point so I can trigger the first group assembly. I will email everyone who has contacted me per the directions above to detail payment (paypal preferred). It will still be several weeks before the first shipment. I will post on this thread when I send out the email so you will know that you should have been contacted. I will not expecting payment until I am ready to ship.

Ricardo,

Thank you for your efforts and your help to improve the health of our frogs (that’s how we call them in France). I have just sent you the confirmation email.
Regards,
Peter

Guys,

Thanks. We hit the magic number of twenty already. I will be on vacation all next week returning August 5th and I will not be replying to emails. I send an email today with everyone who contact me with more details.

Group buy will probably close around August 10th and I'm targeting 1st week of September for initial deliveries.

Hello all...Interesting....

This kind of tool is already available, specially for 928 but almost finished for 964...See website of Theo Jenniskens of the 928 GTS..

It can do the same and even more....(knock counting for instance)...

Kind regards

Pesty,

Mojorizing is a Rennlist Member who was making very nice 19pin plugs for out 964s. It has about 4 ft of wire hooked up already. He did a nice run of plugs for fellow rennlisters. I bought out the remainder of his first batch, about 7 units, for this scantool group buy.

He has stopped making the plugs for the moment as I am sure it consumed a lot of his free time. I am not sure when he is starting again, you could PM him and ask.

In any case I will shortly have my own 19 pin plug solution and I will be making a run of for this group buy. If all you want is a plug then PM or email me and I can make one extra for you.

8/13/2007 Update

The prototypes I have assembled for the 964 have tested fine. No issues. I am in the middle of 993 testing where there have been no issues connecting to ABS/SRS/CCU/ALARM but there are problems connecting to the ECU due to the immobilizer on the test 993 vehicle. This week testing will occur on a second 993. Details on the immobilizer and scantool here:

https://rennlist.com/forums/993-forum/371155-scantool-interface-for-1995-obd1-cars-and-the-immobilizer-is-there-a-workaround.html

Anyway, I am still targeting the first week of September for initial deliveries. Group buy is still open probably for the remainder of the week. I will be ordering some extras so just email me to get added.
