Hobbies: soccer coach, tennis coach (and comp. player), baseball coach, writing, collecting paperclips (really), walking the dog, movies, and trying to figure out if I should go for 18" wheels on the C2.

I have a 6 week old boy that has me smiling all the time. I'm also into rock climbing, road cycling, tennis, classical guitar (I too have a very nice guitar that my playing is not worthy of), and my Porsche. Someday I'd like to get into club racing but that's at least 10 years away.

Since you asked... here are some photos of the car and the controller I took a while back. They are in many ways like a real car, and has adjustments on par with race cars as well as use of carbon fiber chassis.

If you said running Ninemeister is my main job, then tuning the 911 engine is definitely my greatest passion. From then on I have:
Bass Guitar - nearly 12 months into lessons, finally fulfilling a lifelong interest
Music - love going to gigs and listening to new music, bias always to rock, indie & blues
Rugby League - lifelong (suffering) fan of the Warrington Wolves
Football - lifelong (suicidal) fan of Leeds United
Kites - small collection of stunt kites, not enough effort made to fly them
Motorsport - occasionally take my 993RSCS out for a blast on track
As for R/C models, I used to race multi-boats (shallow V inshore racing for you guys across the pond) and got up to British Champion level in my youth, a good friend of mine Dave has gone on to win the World Championships several times and now runs a successful model centre specialisiing in two-stroke model engine tuning (which started me off on the engine tuning game many years ago).
There is more, but most has gone onto a back burner since starting the business....

Music is my other biggest passion, I've been DJ'ing since I was at Uni 8 years ago and over the past 4 years it's been an additional source of income for me as well which is an added bonus. It's nice to go for a night out, get free drinks, have fun and get paid for it!

Fantastic to see so much intrest in music from fellow Porsche lovers. Been playing in bands on and off for most of my life and I'm fortunate enough to have a patient understanding wife who's also a party animal.
You go it right Jim, it's indeed a lucky man who gets paid for a great night out!! Cheers!

Hobbies.... that's my problem... too many... not enough time... can't wait to retire
- cars (see my list in my signature... my dad has been into antiques for 50 years) Obviously top of the list.
- mountain biking - Gary Fisher X-Caliber 29er, rode it all the time while living in Puerto Rico, now haven't been on it for over a year
- rock climbing - once again, I haven't seen a rock in 2 years
- building houses - kinda strange, but we have built 3 houses in 15 years. We do the design and finish work. Could have been an architect, I think.
- traveling, I like traveling to interesting and challenging places. going to Peru in April
- engineering. yup, I work a lot; but I really enjoy fixing stuff.
- my kids. the youngest is almost 21, so this hobby is changing.
- brand new Grandson. should be fun once he can start helping me work on cars.
- Wife. now putting her near the bottom of the list doesn't necessarily imply anything about her priority, but this is often a recreational hobby
- cooking. Well, really, Eating. cooking is just a necessary part of Eating.
- wine. really enjoy good wines. starting a decent collection
Now I know why I never seem to have any time

Couple of various hobbies;
- Scale models and tabletop wargame figures (mainly making and painting, rather than playing)
- Collecting old video game machines and computers (e.g Spectrum, Vectrex, BBC, Amstrad etc..)
- Reading (SciFi mostly, got a big bumper collection of books from my relatives for chrimbo, should keep me going for a while!)
- Cars (currently working on my mk1 Ford Escort, a kit car that never seems to be anywhere near completion, and the odd small improvement to my 911 C2 Turbo - may have a DAB tuner coming up shortly for it)
- Bits of video editing etc.. on my PC for recorded tv shows/movies.
Things that fell at the wayside after long involvements include:
- Martial arts; practised Taekwondo for 10 year or so - eventually last interest in it due to college work and the feeling that it was all a pyramid scheme...
- Mountain Biking, I really enjoyed biking (had a Kona Lavadome some 8-9 years ago, tricked out with triple crown suspension forks, uprated LX shifters and v-brakes, platform pedals etc.. - great fun throwing it around and downhill singletracks ... it wained after most of my mates moved away or started at different universities around the country).
Seem to have less and less time for them with work lately though
