A separate list sounds good to me, but, whatever you think is best. Your doing a great job and I'm sure everyone appreciates your efforts in compiling the data in one place for all of us to use for reference. Thank-you.

I just paid $28,900 for a 1990 964 targa with $57,000 miles, pretty close to mint condition as far as I can tell.
I have been watching the market for 6 months, I happen to have a soft spot for the targas which are hard to come by (particularly if you want low miles), and I am feeling pretty good about it. I am sure someone out there will think I overspent. But no question that the market is moving north.
The prior owner paid $25,000 for the car three years ago and spent about $6,000 doing a top end rebuild, no more leaks, grey with light grey / black interior, will post some photos.
I have driven the new ones -- the 997s and 991 -- and I have also spent some time with the 993. I personally think the 964 is the perfect 911, and that we will see strong value support / growth in the coming years.

Question to you guys on the forum. I'll be adding the new entries later today but should I split the list up into one sheet for completed cars and another sheet for incomplete? I remember there was another car somewhere on the list that was incomplete and I forget if I included it or not. Opinions welcome.
GT3DE- For now I'll add your complete car and wait on opinions of others on if i should add your project chassis.

94 Widebody C4 Coupe, Guards Red, Manual
Purchased April 2013
Boston, MA USA
$22,500
Interior:10
Exterior:9, some chips, a little paint work, overall great for a car that is 20 years old with 119000K. No rust
Mechanical:9 Everything works, engine rebuilt, two minor leaks, no leakage on garage floor at all, not a drip, my guess non-use related, but they are there. Clutch needs a little attention, shifts too close to the floor. Windshield replaced, many new seals. Needs engine bay insulation replaced. Overall I give it a 9+-10, it's a driver.
Tool kit: yes
Inflator: yes
Paperwork:7+, receipts from previous owner and some others back to 2000, previous owner spent @30K on engine rebuild, new clutch

Spyder, turns out the leak was a real one, but it is negligible, just a couple drops a day, not going to fix it unless I have to rebuild the engine again. All now sorted, clear front bra, new clutch, it had a light flywheel set up which some prefer, it now has a double flywheel. Doesn't need anything at this point, great car. Will see if I can post, had trouble before...REALLY glad to have it, great ride.

I'm currently on my third 964 and I've seen the prices swing a lot, in 2007 I paid $28,200 USD ($30,000 CDN) for a Slate Grey manual C4 140,000 mile, in 2010 I paid $15,360 USD ($16,000 CDN) for a Grand Prix White C2 120,000 mile and now I'm selling my Red C4 85,000 mile for $28,000 USD ($32,000 CDN). My desire to purchase a clean 965 is looking less and less like a reality, haha.
