Thank you! It has Bilstein B6 Shocks with H&R Sport springs. The adjustment isn’t the lowest, I wanted something that would have a mild forward rake but more importantly a proper corner balance. It’s insanely good in the canyons, very neutral for a rear engine.

Car looks great Although I am just plain jealous of the gatherings. We haven't had anything this year and won't see anything other than drive buys for what seems like the rest of 2020.

It's been 90+ degrees and I'm yet to work my way to the air conditioning in this project. The rocker panel and finish panels underneath are reinstalled and a set of newly refinished Cup 1's are hopefully going on this week. Then I can get it in for suspension set up (after cleaning the wheel wells). I'd forgotten how nice it is to drive a Targa at night. Last night had the added bonus of back yard fireworks - and a couple small town displays - lighting up the night sky as I drove around.

Great transformation! Evening and morning drives with the top off is a treat. It’s amazing how much of the convertible experience you get when the top is off and the windows are down. I’m partial to the looks too, it screams classic Porsche.

Thanks - it's coming along. I spent some time removing more of the early '90's "tech". I have a bucket full of old cell phone handset, microphone and antenna booster, "hands free" speaker, and yards of wire. This thing had all the gizmos of the time. If someone was making a movie featuring the mid '90's cool guy driving a Porsche with too much stereo and no sense - this was that car. I'll bet the stereo that was installed costs someone several thousand dollars at the time.

Default Louisville 964

Finally done, well 90% complete. Had the engine out, heads completed, new studs, new lower rennline valve covers, complete reseal, FVD Cat Bypass..next suspension, then brakes..

I see most people are replacing the 964 top with the 993 version. I am assuming it is due to the one step operation vs the 964's rear zipper approach? The larger rear window is a nice touch as well. I was considering buying a 964 AR with a 993 top. How is rear visibility between the two tops? I would guess the 993 top is better so having the 993 top is more a plus than a minus.

looks good.
