Interesting how small how it is even next to a more modern compact sedan.

Sorry to ask, as it's such a sanitary build otherwise, but why the 1960s' US sealed beam running light kludge?
It looks really incongruous, and I am surprised the LED/projectors do not have a parking / running light option.
Is this some US regulation?

the Color is 738 Pearl Black and was in good condition
polished her using Sonax Nano Pro polish for black paint
then waxed with pure carnauba wax from caramba
I do hand wash only and use the Sonax Detailer
