Tim Olsen is building a series of 964 backdates that go even further than Singer in some ways ... that blue one has a 4 liter.
Chassis chemical dipped, carbon kevlar most everywhere, custom billet 993 uprights, his customers (blue one is sold) individualize to their taste ... 500k plus donor is out of my league but amazed at how many were lined up to talk to TO about the build.
More eye candy ...

Looks stunning, only thing I would have done differently would be a full FG RSA wing (looks like basically a 64 turbo S wing), those rubbers are super heavy I found out the day I switched from Turbo tea trail to stock 964

Yea i thought of that. But still dont like how the FG wing looked vs the Oem wing. Some people say it looks exactly the same but theres small differences.
Just not for me... but thanks you for nice words.

Now that this one is sold i'll post it here, pretty cool color at least imo, PO was in love with the Alfa Romeo Griccio or Griggio graffiti grey (however its spelt) and did a windows out repaint on this horizon blue C2. it looks even better in person.

Looks so good with the decal! Digging the color. RS airtakes+black headlight rings is always a winning combo on 964s also. First reaction would be to drop it 20/30mm but after all... this stance has something to it...

Off to the zone 1 concours. I think I've had enough car cleaning for this year.

The engine looks spotless! What class are you entering?

Good luck...

Full concours, this is all the cleaning I am willing to do if I win great if not I am there to have fun. I will also be one of the lead Judges but haven't been told what class I will be judging yet.

Wow, Full Concours you’re crazy! . But judging buy the looks of the undercarriage you should do well.

I always go into a concours with the mentality that my real goal isn’t to win. It’s primarily to make my car better cosmetically for my own enjoyment.

I agree. I am a bit OCD with my Porsche's my DD's are a mess half the time. It is such a subjective sport and someone has a smaller hand or better vision that can pick up on something you miss. My wife and i are running the social aspect of the event so I figured since I will be there I might as well show a car. It isn't perfect but pretty close. I have had it cleaner but I don't have the energy I used to.

It is amazing what you can learn about your car by keeping it clean. I had slight weep of oil from one of the chain tensioners. Was easy to spot and fix. I should be good for a solid score however there might be someone who has more energy to go that step further.
