Were there any problems due to welding the filler piece into this semicircular cutout?
It looks like it could impede access to the bolt for the trailing arm?

What an awesome project! The car looks so good!

If anyone is looking for a forward/future date 964 project - send me a PM, I have an almost complete project that needs to go to a new home.

Also be aware this ^^^ is a new user. Don't send any money no matter what until it's vetted.

Thanks for the reply, jeff33702. Yes, it's clear I am a new member on this forum but I'm not here to ask for money for a sick relative in Africa.

Now, out of respect for the OP and to refrain from thread-jacking - I won't post any links here.

I work with DriverSource in Houston, TX and we have a 1967 911 that received its forward-date transformation sometime in the 90s. It currently sits as an unfinished project that needs to be passed on to someone who's willing to either continue the project or restore to original spec.

PM for more info.

Best.

Well that's how so many scams start. A 67 is not a 964, no matter what you forward/back date it to. You're in the wrong forum - 911 Forum - Rennlist - Porsche Discussion Forums
