Hey. I got my car dynoed this weekend and here are the results.
Build info..
Rebuilt dry sleeved 102mm
Evergreen turbo Super 6/27 (K26/6 turbine housing machined to fit the turbine wheel from the K26/8 turbo mated with K27 compressor)
Electromotive Tec-S
1000cc injectors
Tail 38mm WG
TEC managed boost solenoid
93 octane
Full boost at 3600 seems to be a bit late. Any suggestions to help spool quicker? Richen it up below 3500?
What sort of ignition timing are you running past 4000rpm?
Your boost and fuel curves are very flat/smooth but the power is choppy.
Looks like some dynos I did, dyno operator suggested pulling 2 degrees in the affected RPM range and the curve smoothed out and the power numbers were the same.
How much can you adjust your boost solenoid to spool earlier?
Alternative trick is to retard ignition timing at low RPM at WOT, makes higher EGT which makes the turbo spool faster, then you put the timing back in.
Turbo is a rebuilt K26/8 by Evergreen turbo. Charlie at Evergreen stated he upgraded the turbo as such...
Super 6/27 (K26/6 turbine housing machined to fit the turbine wheel from the K26/8 turbo mated with K27 compressor). Also the #8 turbine wheel has been clipped to help boost sooner.
That's slow spooling. Do you have any exhaust/boost leaks? My K27/8 hit 1 BAR by ~3000 rpm in 4th. 2.5 liter running Microsquirt V3 ecu with GM LSX coil near plug ignition.

I don't believe there are any leaks but ill see what I can find.
It looks like you're only boosting up to 14 psi, so it's not going to have the 'turbo surge' type of powerband.
Can I assume the boost solenoid PW table gives you max boost when it's set to 100 and lowest boost at 0? If so, I'd set the entire row at 101 and 124 kpa to 100, then set the 147kpa row to 60.
The timing map looks crude, I'm not sure why it's flat from 2700rpm and up.
