I'm not sure about which is better, but you may want to consider the KISS oil cooler (sold by Lindsey) if you are wanting something easy to mount. It is in series with the stock cooler and is a definite improvement over stock alone.

There's also the 928GTS oil cooler which MIGHT be easy to mount?

the biggest one you can fit/afford!

RX7 is a really nice piece, hard to find good oem ones but there are reproductions on ebay for cheap.

An RX7 cooler is probably the best bang for your buck. That's why I chose to get one.

About $120 for the cooler, and $300 for the lines and fittings. During normal driving the oil comes up to temp and then never moves. Even at the track it hardly goes over 100 degrees C.

I had a cooler made lokalt from scratch in the rx7 look but with a new industrial core which is a lot more efficient. Cost was 3000kr plus fittings and new lines based on the stock lines hardware to get the correct fastening points.

Contact Kalmar kylarrenovering and see if they can make you one.

Oil temps are never above 190F on track with my RX-7 cooler.
