Default Intake and Exhaust block off plates

I'm gauging interest in block off plates for the intake and exhaust ports for the 2V head.

Have 2 options for design. One plate has 4 bolt holes that will work on either location with proper alignment......User must select appropriate hole location.

Other option is 2 different plates, one plate for the intake and one plate for the exhaust.

Both options use an o-ring to seal off the port.

Each option will use your stock intake bolts with washers.

I'm making some for myself

Is anyone interested in this if I make extras?

They will essentially look like an intake gasket without the port hole.

Hope everyone understands what I am getting at.

I don't like using a rag to keep contamination from getting down the port when doing work. With the o-ring it will also seal it from liquid.....reason I am having an o-ring groove put in it. O-ring would be included.

This has been designed by myself and a P-Eng friend.

Thanks,

Jason

Wow LOL only one person so far

Going to talk to my Engineer friend who will make them. I'm going to do a run of the 4 hole version to start. Should have them next week and will post a pic.

Too bad it was not winter, I would be happy to hand deliver them to Hawaii

I will post a pic a soon as I run the first batch. Have to do min quantity 16 of them.

If you can make these plates, maybe you can make custom intake flanges at the same time...just a thought

I'm guessing your meaning to create a custom intake like Refresh951 without having to cut up an intake??? If so I will definitely talk it over with Engineering friend

Yes...
You could make one plate and then just "add a hole" for each port later.
