Unless you know what file is on the DME Tuner, then you should start here:

Josh, glad you pitch in, I just had this car for less than 3 weeks, this car is from fluidplay (Denis F) he had mentioned he had been having all this issues before he got the dme, it was actually after he installed the dme that by an horrible accident a wrench touch the coil positive and shorted some wires, I fixed the short but now I have these issue.

Iam new to Rogue, I got to try experimenting with the software, Denis was kind enough to give me the computer with the software, I in my limited experience suspect the following

ISV
AFPR
MSD blaster
or the MAF itself

I forgot to add to the mods a LR super 53

Yeah, I know the car. You are definitely jumping-in with both feet...

You will want to download the software from the page I linked.
Then download the M-Tune stroker file.
Upload that to the DME Tuner, and then you will have a known-good starting point.

I doubt the MAF is bad, I've yet to have a single one die that wasn't in an engine fire. They can get too much oil on them, so you could clean it with a MAF cleaning spray.

Lart take the ISV out and clean it sometimes they get a little stuck. Check the solder joints on the computer

Change KLR to known working one.
i shorted a cable to the coil from the KLR DME harness with something and killed the KLR. so try that.

i had similar issues with my 2.8L, cruising it was fine and on WOT it would go lean, tried adding more fuel via SMT6, still the same. It ending up being a faulty fuel pressure damper on my CEP rail.

Update: Spencer(V2rocket) came today to help me, he is somewhat knowledgeable with the rogue software.

We replaced the coil and AFPR,
we downloaded the file for stroker race from rogue and idle remains unstable but A/f ratio is a little better, and no more lean under WOT is actually rich which is fine.
We followed the LR/clarks instruction to reset ISV and nothing, we disconnected the ISV same thing, so next step is replacing the ISV and all that cheap red vacuum lines.

I got to feel the 2.8L at wot and is quick love at 13psi, cant imagine what it will do at 21psi

I would disconnect the ISV (the vac lines, not the power) and cap both ends off with plugs. Then run it. You'll need to adjust the idle screw a bit, but once adjusted (and the car fully warmed up), if it idles 100% beautiful then you'll know it's something in/with the ISV. If it's still wonky then the ISV is not the problem.

I was able to borrow a rebuilt ISV valve from Lart, so far I have replaced and done the following

Download the start up file from rogue
Replaced TPS, Coil, ISV and AFPR
The idle still the same oscillating, no change whatever you do, air ratios improved under WOT is rich around 10, I can tune that no problem, but the idle beats me and the only thing I can think of it is the Rogue stuff which is practically new, mtune, rogue dme, tuner and datalogger, iam tempted to buy another mtune just to prove my point

All the hoses were fine, after 2k rpm the car runs fine and smooth. Until 4500 when there is a cut off

Well fortunately I was able to find the issue, it was the software, I borrowed a dme from a lister from another 2.8L rogue tuned 951 and the idle and AFR are perfect.
