What a car! Hybrid Stroker FTW!
I'd definitely say the stroker concept is proven by now considering the results on both the track, the road and the strip between our engines and cars

Only the lap timings will be live from the upcoming event but it's a big media coverage so I expect lot's of nice video clips afterwards. They're prepping all the quick cars with lot's of camera gear etc.

I couldn't agree more. I'm extremely pleased that so far they have all turned out to be great builds.

I'm looking forward to more footage from you..

You cant say stuff like that G.. Now we have to do a stroker out of my engine too.. Or maybe thats implicit in the last line of the list "make it insane"?

The "Make it insane" bullet on the to-do list includes just about everything!

I like that number, 3.5! I wonder who would be crazy enough to put a 3.5 in a street car?

I have a half built 16v motor in the U.S. that was originally going to be a 3.5L with a bunch of custom parts. Would have developed monster tq but if I ever finish that motor it will not be nearly that large. For a streeter it would be fun though!

Good quick figures, that is almost exactly what we are considering.

I'm actually sitting here right now trying to come up with a combo of parts that 1. doesnt result in the pistons riding above the deck and 2. doesnt have an insane unusable compression ratio. It doesnt look possible with off the shelf pistons.

My rods and bearings were off the shelf, most everything else will be custom. It is a long way up in the thread, but I think Duke also had custom JE coated pistons made. I am taking the same route. Going to make a mold of the combustion chamber as per their tech info page.
