Alex sent me an Email a short while ago saying that if I wanted one they would build it. They pulled it down due to lack of orders. That might just be the ultimate exhaust, short of Titanium.

How much $$?

I would definitely want one, but price together with shipping, tax and duty would probably be too expensive.

I live ~2 miles from akrapović company and they have own titanium plant. I must visit them and check if they have 4" titanium tubes and if they would sell them separate.

The 4" is big money, you need deep pockets or want it bad. There is really no need for the 4" unless you are way north of 400.

Me want north of 400. Eventually.

Price of exhaust itself I could handle but when shipping, tax and customs is added on top, it is another story. :/

We can work something out on a 3" where I can save you some money on import and shipping. Sent you a PM

My Fabspeed didn't have any fitment issues.

If you are referring to the pictures URG8RB8 posted I believe that is Lindsey Racing's 4" exhaust, someone correct me if I am wrong. I have never seen pictures of Fabspeed's old 4".

Lindsey Racing's are not stainless but they sell 3,4, and 5 inch exhausts for relatively cheap without the thermal coat.

Yes the picture I posted of the 4" is a thermally coated 4". I have posted many pictures of the 3" Fabspeed but I don't have on my phone now. The 3" is really all you need. Shawn has almost 500 RWHP and uses his homemade 3". I went for the 4" on my FL car just because I thought it looked cool. I realised there would be very little to no performance benefit on my 2.5L. 5", Ha Ha Ha Ha! As they say on ESPN, Come On Man! For the amount of mods needed to justify a 5" you could buy a 2005 996 Turbo S Cabriolet.

If I remember correctly LR did a series of tests and found that even on not too sharp 2.5t there is a gain between 4" and 5"

If FS 4" is too expensive to get to here, Ill invest in good TIG welder and make 4" myself.

How loud is 4" with one or two good mufflers?

Tough to convince cops that it is bone stock then

I will have my car registered as virgin NA with old timer status. Should definitely not be obscenely loud.

I am searching for 4" sound on youtube and there is only this race car without any muflers. Is there any street setup 4" video anywhere?

My thermally coated 4" LR turbo back also looks menacing, but not pretty like the Fabspeed. The shear size of the 4" is COOL though!
I beg to differ! This is a work of art in my books!

I built this at home in 1.25 days.

Not sure how I missed this thread! Your welds and system look great, but I don't believe that was hand welded. We have many digital automated orbital SS welders at work, I see this everyday. I work in the ultra high vacuum market. We make perfect seams like that from 1/4" up to 8" SS tubing. I have posted many pics before for Pauly. This is the best do it yourself system I have ever seen, but still does not look as pretty as the Fabspeed. Sorry, just being my normal picky *** bastard self. I can see my face in mine from turbo to tail pipe. When you spend a fortune polishing yours out, then it will look nicer! If you truly hand welded each of those junctions then I bow down to you, amazing work.

You have never welded in your life.......those are hand welded, don't need a robot for that. Tig welding is easy if you put the time in it , the new (expensive) welders make it extremely easy, all you need is a steady hand.
