Thanks. Can you pm me his number? What is the guy's name? Any idea why his website disappeared? That's usually a bad sign.

Hmmm, well this looks none to promising then. Too bad. It looked like he was making some good stuff. I really wanted an exhaust mani and crossover, but I'm not the type of guy who does well with missed delivery dates, and sketchy communications.

Just spoke with Dave. He built some things for me last year and we are working on some things this year. These products are built from his passion for the 944. He is extremely busy due to the unfortunate flooding and bad weather in Colorado. If you want great products, from a stand up seller, Dave's your guy.

I'm sure that once Dave gets caught up, he'll be more than happy to make some more custom parts.

I can say for sure that he would not take money and run. It might take a little time to get these parts done, but they are worth it.

It's unfortunate that as we get older, some end up with such good skillsets that you need more than one of you to accomplish all tasks.

Hmmm okay, well this is good to hear. I too have ended up with such good skill sets that I need more than one of me to accomplish all tasks. It's like when I try to empty the Gator Bowl with one fart. I can handle up to the press box, but the upper deck just has me trying too hard.

I'll give him a call and see what he's got going on. I forgot about the floods.

Anyone talk to Dave recently? He hasn't posted in a year, the website is down, etc. Getting ready to fab my own exhaust system on the race car, thought I might see about making the job a little easier if he'll do one or two segments for me.

The last time I spoke with him was around November or December iirc. From what I remember, he has been very busy with work and life.

I do, however, remember him telling me that the main reason he took his site down for now was that he didn't want to be advertising his products without being able to send out the parts within a reasonable time frame. So I can understand that. But as far as the last time I spoke to him, the good news was that he did tell me he's still around and still working on some very cool stuff.

I'll be trying to get a hold of him shortly, we'll see what he's been up to lately, and I'll try to relay what I can.

He's currently making my full boat kit, long tube headers, cross over and turbo back 3" exhaust system. Hes been busy with other things as well, but he does email me updates about a week or so at a time. just email him a few times and he'll respond.
