Which coilovers to consider at the KW V3 price point?

I'm debating whether to buy the stiffest bearable springs for my Koni M030 shocks or putting that money towards buying a set of modern 3-way coilowers. I know the KW v3 are great for the money, and for the fact that they are stainless so they can cope with the Norwegian climate, but are there any other options out there now of similar capability?
note I didn't say how much would you like. There will always be bumps and humps that will rattle your teeth out, with any of the setups mentioned.
So I guess 4. How many teeth can you afford to lose?

Thanks robstah. I have found a second hand set of KW v3 which I will give a go.
By the way the roads are damaged primarily due to the cold climate, damage will occur no matter how well you construct the roads. However, lately as private companies have been given more and more road building projects we see increasing damage due to poor construction. There are ongoing investigations into the companies who constructed the road pictured.
Finally. I pay my taxes happily. I'm currently getting the benefits of it as I am on a 3 week stay at a physical rehabilitation centre. Wages are covered, trainers covered, lodging covered, excellent food covered, even the journey in my own car is covered. And, Ordurandina, I prefer it when the rich contribute a bit extra, it makes for a warmer society (and no, I'm not in the lower income bracket). I don't have it as a goal to move ahead (of others). The truth is that I have more than enough, really. Unfortunately the economic divide is increasing in Norway - as well as in the States....
I didn't know socialism was a bad word. Anyway, I prefer it

Thanks. I just spoke to them. They sent me to the Norwegian supplier. I'm getting a price tomorrow.
Still, if anyone has any used ones let me know.
