You're right, i was thinking of 1+4 & 2+3 but at the time i was thinking of the firing order also and wrote the 1,1/2,2 instead of 1,2/1,2

I've been thinking of the dual wastegate setup.. But i think it's going to be a little too expensive and as it's only a road car, i think i'll just connect the 2 pipes just before the turbo and than get the wastegate on. I've got money to spend, but it's not smart to spend it on things I wont be really noticing when it's done!

then you'll want the wastegate at the end where the 2 pipes meet. if you have it in the stock location with 2 pipes going into one, it's not really a good idea and probably see less gains with the divided exhaust

That was the plan! I want to get 2 cross over pipes from the header to about 15cm before the turbo, there i would want them to meet and put on the wastegate!

Well here is another small update:

Got myself a set of 944 turbo brakes with Pagid Yellow pads. Calipers needed a rebuild so i took them apart today. And I do have to say that the M10 bolts have a nag of getting destroyed. 6 out of the 8 bolts (i don't know how to say this properly) had the inside hex destroyed by my hex tool. The larger ones were quite easy and the torx on the inside of the caliper were quite a struggle as well. Now i've ordered some new bolts for all of this and i need to get some new dustcaps.

Further i'm going to sandblast and repaint them (red ofcourse) and get the sticker back on. Only have to find a place where the sell this sticker!

Ow, i dont have the spindle and hubs yet but they are on their way.

Some pictures:

Haha I already thanked them more than once!

And now I also got the hubs and spindles. Last week i sandblasted the calipers, which were actually in quite good condition, although i need new dustcaps for the rear calipers. Front calipers seem to have been rebuild recently.
Going to repaint all of them in red, ofcourse. Still have to look for the Porsche sticker which is on the calipers.
Planning on sandblasting the hubs and spindles this week and getting them repainted as well. Only thing missing than are new control arms. I want them sandblasted and rebuild as well so i have the front suspension completed and i'll never have to take it off again.
During the engine swap i only want to get the crossmember off so that'll spare me a lot of time when i'm swapping the engine!

Now a question. When i was talking to one of the raceguys i was helping yesterday on the track (Flipo) he told me there is a gearbox rebuild thread here somewhere.. I've been looking for it all morning (using the search function ofcourse) but still haven't found it. Does anyone know where it is? Because i really want to rebuild the gearbox and Flipo is willing to help me with it!
