Any chance you will be able to make the September 12-13 POC race at Autoclub? Great track to stretch her legs a bit...

Ok, I got home from lunch at 230 and decided to sit down for a "Few minutes" before i go out to the garage.... 86 pages later....

Glad its back together Tony, I have been following you since your original swap planning my own along the way. Amazing build, I work on Porsche's everyday, and anytime i modify anything I always try to do it to a standard that i feel that Porsche would have- its nice to see someone else has those standards.

*** Update - Car Dynoed... results in ***

Here's the dyno from today.

Note that the car is using a bone stock LS7 intake.

We're going to have a custom Wilson sheet metal intake fabricated which should be good for another 40RWHP-50RWHP. The stock LS7 intake ports just don't enough cfm to support the heads/cam.

No matter... it's making great power.

Are you still running the same cam you were before? The reason I ask is because I took the grind from there site and had one ground at comp cams to match it. I still haven't had it tuned yet.

No. The cam in the LS7 is a custom designed cam that we spent a lot of time on the computer designing.

The LS1, LS6 (cnc ported heads), and the stroked LS3 (cathedral port cnc ported and a lot of hand porting and flow bench time... also I have these heads for sale FYI) all used the Futral F-16 cam.

The LS6 and the LS6 also used 1.8 rockers.

The LS7 is running Jessel pro series custom built shaft mount rockers. Whole different setup.

BTW, their web site only lists lift. Not duration or the cam timing. Where did you get the cam timing from? I could have sent you a copy of the cam card (if I could find it)

Thanks for the compliment. But I wrote the checks. Vision Motorsports built the thing. They have an amazing attention to detail in all of their fabrication work... as well as excellent fabricators. Pictures don't do it justice.

That's a very competitive chart Tony. What is the size of that motor? 7 ltrs? Hope you enjoy a lot of success with this one.

It's at the wheels.

We always use SAE corrected charts of rear wheel power.
