This is as good as you will get. Neat part about the K27/6 is you get max tq close to this turbo, but have another 30ft lbs carried all way to about 6K. Doesn't seem like much, but trust me, it's makes these motors sing.

Hmm, from reading tons and tons of threads I thought that my spool up seemed in line with other 26/8 cars, and that the 26/6 spooled closer to 3k rpm, and that the relative 27 versions spooled similar depending on the hot side choice.

I haven't messed with it at all, it is however it came from when I sent the ecu to you. I'll have to dig in my parts to find the sheet with the different settings, but based on the afr, what would you recommend I do?

You could try position #2, which pulls out a little bit of fuel... But really, its a good safe place right where it is.

From the perspective of going through the trouble to replace the turbo, slow for such a low power potential turbo. It looks like boost hits peak around 3600-3700 rpms.
Those were shock value statement on purpose. A bit brutal at first, but curious why you are spending so much time and money on these turbos? What does this turbo cost? $600 and then the one you're planning on replacing it with? Another $600? Labor to replace them twice? My $350 60-1 HiFi turbo hit 22psi at about 100rpm later than your 19psi, but made around 400whp. It felt terribly laggy.
Maybe just spend a bit extra for a Bolt in Vitesse Turbo? Less spool, more horsepower. You now have some awesome tools to tune it with.

Compared to other 26/8s Yes, about right.

The boost seems to be coming on slightly late.
On my 1990 with K26/8 and chips less advanced than the Vitesse ones I have full boost a couple of hundred rpm earlier (it's winter here so I can't check exactly how much earlier).
