Exclamation Air Oil Seperator Help (extreme blow by)

I need help with my air oil seperator on my Porsche 944 turbo.
The hose going from the air/oil seperator into my intake is blowing oil into my turbo and intake system.

Are there any ways that you can clean the air oil seperator.

I need some serious help with this, for i have just rebuilt my turbo and need to fix this problem before i install the turbo.

The air/oil separator is nothing more than a large open container that is designed such that
air can be relieved/pulled from the crankcase without sucking oil. There really is nothing inside of it that could be cleaned.

So you where actually getting oil inside the J-tube? If that is the case you must either have extreme blowby or are pressurizing the crancase by some other means. Have you done a leakdown test and verified all hose routing to ensure you are not pressurizing the crancase?

Allright. This only started happening when i hooked up my MAF. Is there something that i could have hooked up wrong?

It has to be something to do with this right?

I could have hooked up something wrong but i dont think i did because they all go to the same place. The intake.

What about if i bought a Remote crank breather sold by lindseyracing.com

Would that solve my problem. I mean there is oil getting into my intake.

Any suggestions?

I honestly dont think i am hooking it up wrong.
I have the L shaped hose going into the intercooler pipe and the remaining 3 hoses going into my MAF.
That is the right setup right?

The line from the top of the air/oil seperator need to go to the inlet side of the compressor (between the maf and turbo).

Right,
I have that hooked up correctly.
What do you think is happening that i have oil getting into my MAF housing?

I honestly dont see why this piping is neccesary.
Is the metal piping that is hooked to the air/oil seperator neccesary. What is the purpose?

"What do you think is happening that i have oil getting into my MAF housing?"

Does the oil show up inside the MAF housing after the port for the crankcase breather? Is there any oil ahead of it?

One thing I've noticed about the ports on the MAF housings is that some of them place the bypass-valve return port directly opposite the crankcase breather port. What this does is when you shift and the bypass valve vents pressure back around to the turbo-inlet, it also pressurizes your crankcase!

Since Danno mentioned the bypass valve, is there more than the normal oil film in your intercooler lines that could be getting sent back to the maf plumbing?

Ok
My port for my blow off valve and the port for the hose coming from the crankcase are almost exactly across from each other.

the oil coming from the hose that is hooked from the crankcase is white/ and brownish oil.

What can i do to fix the pressurizing of the crankcase?

If i bought the remote crankcase breather, and installed it would it eliminate the hose needed to go to the MAF housing?
So basically would this solve my problem.

Remember my problem is that i am getting oil into my intake which burns in my engine and creates a horrible amount of smoke.

Yes and no, a catch can would keep oil from getting in but not cure the problem which could be ring blowby.

This would require an engine rebuild, but before you go to this length have a leakdown test done to find out the condition of the rings.
