Todd,
Unless you're installing a different system that pressurises the tank, a normal cap will work. Just keeping the dirt out is the main thing.
Ski,
Cool pictures. Thanks!
So, is anyone else doing this or is everyone waiting to see if my car blows up?
At least Ski has an excuse. Or, he could walk it wife thru installing the kit! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="wink.gif" />
What about the guys that already have water injection. Any tips?

Dan I take it that the polished pc with the gray plastic pc on the end is a pushlok fitting of some kind? Just looking at your thread marks, like you said, the nozzle filter bottom is contacting the plastic inside and sealing it off.
Any way to trim that off a bit, maybe drill it down a bit to give some more clearance, if it doesn't spin on you....
My wife knows where the passenger door is and the passenger seatbelt is...oh yeah, she can read the speedo from the passenger seat too..

Exactly like you said.
It's a pushlock fitting. Makes sense that the end of the metal filter is contacting the white tubing and sealing it off. I'll see what Matt says when he calls me back tomorrow.

I am still eager to blow mine up first! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="wink.gif" />
I hope I can do something this week.

I did get a call from Matt today (at 6:30am )
I think he said he will be sending me another coupler that won't be threaded as deep. That should separate the two end devices enough to let the liquid flow. I'll probably triple Teflon tape the two ends and give it a try. I'll just have to make sure the nozzle end is tight so it won't fall off.
I fixed my leak on the tank last night. Seems good. Next to start on a bracket to hold the pump. I'm sure his other customers don't have to go through some much to get an install done.
Oh, one more thing, I went to Home Depot and I purchased 25 feet of 1/4 OD hard plastic clear tubing. Shown in one of the pictures on my website. Best $1.50 I spent. No fool'n
Plus you can see the air/fluid in the lines.

My son's not sure he can handle being out in the Gulf for two weeks. He will warm up to it and I will send a resume.
Have a safe trip home.
Thanks

Ye, still going to build my own system.
Oh yea, sorry to hear that you paid extra for a 60psi pump and only got a 100 psi pressure switch. Glad I didn't buy one of these systems. 225$ wholesale and still don't fit right. Back to building my own dual stage system for about 150$ with a real 100psi pump and aquamist nozzles.

Ski-
Yes, the restaurant is Star's. It is really good, although a little expensive. I went there for Prom my Junior year. Will you be bringing the 951 down? I can't remember where Seachase is... there are about 5,000 condo's and all of them have a name like Seachase, or Ocean House or something like that. If its down on the main beach near where 59 intersects the beach road, you may see me out driving, thats one of my driving spots.
Have fun on Vacation!

Congrats Todd on your efforts..but gloating ahead of time before accomplishments is really over rated. When you get it built I'll be one of the first to say congrats again but how I spend my funds is of no concern to you.
"Hope you guys get it worked out but I am still giong to try to build my own". Now doesn't that sound better and more rennlist friendly?
