Alright I thought I'd give this thread a quick bump since we have some progress. Sorry for the slight delay, but between holidays and the garage(with a house on top) that I just bought, I've been somewhat busy.
I just got everything back from XSChop and it looks great. the adapters are made of 1/2" steel and feel really beefy. I also managed to get a set of front calipers with pads for 350 bucks, those should arrive on monday(figures, everything arrives after the weekend).
My plan is to get the calipers and rotors on the car by next weekend if my move into the house doesn't take too much time.
Also how much/any interest is there from people wanting the adapters? i can prob send them off to a local machine shop and have a couple made, I just need to see what the cost is and mininum order required by the shop.

I'm interested in how tight a fit the 350 rotors will be and if a 380mm would fit under 18"s?

Depends on the caliper, but I'm hoping to be able to make a 355mm rotor work with the 997 Cups. They normally run 380mm rotor and I can't see that fitting with the caliper inside an 18" wheel with an internal diameter of 410mm.

Is anyone making the caliper adapters (z06) and centering rings for the cayenne rotors currently? Also running 87 turbo hubs/spindles.

Bringing this back from the dead. Rob sent me his Z06 Caliper, and I will be making the mounting adapters. I am working on finalizing the CAD model I have before sending it out to be machined. I will be doing these for 350mm Cayenne rotors using an 87 NA spindle. In the future I might do one for the turbo spindle as well, if I ever get my hands on one.
Material, I'm thinking 1/2" steel like Rob's were. Pricewise, I'm going to aim for $100 for two powdercoated adapters, with four 10.9 M12x1.5x25 cap head bolts, four M14x2x35 Head head bolts, and four 2mm M14 shims to center the caliper on the rotor. I have 18" Turbo Twist wheels for fitment verification.
Let me know if you are interested, I will try and get these done shortly.

I've now been informed the 87 turbo and NA spindles are the same. Only the Turbo S has the wider ears. And then M030 has radial mount. Can anyone confirm?
EDIT: Turns out that this is not true. The 87 turbo has 94mm between mounting points. And the mounts are on a slightly larger radius than the NA spindles.

Ok, I believe I have a finished concept. Is anyone interested in a pair of adapters?
This drawing just has the critical dimensions. The part is slightly rotated upward on the spindle.
Also, I can make the Cayenne centering rings as well. These are designed to use the 350mm Cayenne Rotor.
Cardone has the calipers for $183 each for refurbished... Can't beat that. And right now they have a 20% off with free shipping. $300 for a pair of 6 piston refurbished calipers.

I would be interested in these for an 87 turbo spindle. Sounds like you're still working on the turbo spindle version, but if I can help out, please let me know. A lot of great information in this thread, thanks for all the hard work!

I believe I have the turbo spindle adapter ready. Another member is going to test fit my sketch and make sure there are no clearance issues with the ABS mount.
The problem I have run into is availability of the calipers. Lots of places list them in stock, but don't actually have them.
I also just ordered a Cadillac CTS Brembo caliper, which I think is the same as the base C7 caliper, to make work with 330mm cayenne rotors.
