Get my new LS1 intake straightened out, install my new 226/230 cam and retune the car. Then install my proper length throttle cable, plus the rennline pedal covers and gas pedal height adjuster. After that I get to pull the instrument cluster and fix the dim lights and finish up my trailer hitch harness install.

Should take me about 20 minutes, right?

today i got my cam cover ready for clear-coat. i cleaned it, scuffed it to hell, repainted it and then sanded off the paint on the lettering. after a bunch of wet/dry runs down to 2000 grit, i finished it w/buffing compound. it's not perfect, but that's a-ok w/me!

Tim, so those parts in your signature, did they make it onto your car or are these the parts that have been sitting in the garage waiting to be fitted?

Wow Patrick! You're downright crazy

Want pictures.

This year:

I have to fix that handling problem - understeering pig. And a big fat pig...

Will start by putting new solid bushings at the back. And then try to sort out the shocks.

Then will clean up the electrics on the car.

May put a plastic rear hatch.

If I'm not selling or transforming the car!

What was the story? Gt35 too big for a 2.5? That's a big step to go standalone and Garrett only to take it all off.

My project is to get the damn crossover to header connection to seal as per the thread I just posted, this and various header leaks, bad used headers etc, has held me up for near on 2 years now! Once I have done that I can finally move on and remap the car to take advantage of the Motec plus the custom front mount IC I had made, the Milledge cam, springs and retainers and new radiator and refitted cooling ducting. After that its onto Centre Gravity for a full suspension setup, get my speedlines refurbed and reseal the rear hatch!

Sounds like plenty of good things to look forward to Nick. Which Motec do you have?

get the Dragon running again for this years Chumpcar season since the last motor threw a rod at the track. We are changing some other things on the car and making it better than ever.

The turbo- fix the rear main seal leak, install new water pump and belts - send it to NY to its new owner.

M400 with Motec PLM, closed loop lambda control & data logging. Its a great unit, the software and support are excellent but alas with the problems that are holding me back I have yet to reap the benefits of a top of the line standalone setup!! Fingers crossed 2011 will be my year

First replace the clutch, and fit new spring plate bushings/t-bar delete/coilover job. In one weekend I hope.

And finish my 1980 vw rabbit.

It wasnt too bad but I had a SFR stg 1 header and modded exhaust to fit it. I was seeing 15psi by 3600 and response after shifts was excellent. Something in the clutch messed up and I decided it was better to part the car. I since bought a evo which is going to be my DD. I still have alot of the porsche parts and im trying to sell them still.
